Client Survey Feedback


Memorandum to TBA Clients:

TBA's #1 objective is to be seen by our clients as providing the highest level of performance impact, and the highest level of customer service.

To help us achieve this goal, we need honest feedback from you.  The attached survey was professionally prepared to help us learn more about our strengths and weaknesses, and opportunities to improve.

Your data will be analyzed by a service bureau and presented as a series of tables:

  • Each data table, for each category, and for each item within each category, will provide information on the number of responses, the range of responses, and the mean response.
  • The name of each category is provided as a major heading and individual items are numbered (1-82) on the left side of the survey.
  • The five columns in the data table denote the range responses to each item from Highly satisfied (5) to Satisfied (4) to Neither satisfied nor dissatisfied (3) to Dissatisfied (2) to Highly dissatisfied (1).
