In addition to creating favorable attitudes, most training solutions depend upon the achievement of some measurable change to justify cost.  Progressive organizations increasingly insist on measurement of results from training curricula.  TBA will work with its clients to provide such tools, or to conduct the measurement and provide reports of outcomes.

 

Promise of Service
The TBA "promise of service" will deliver the level of learning desired at the desired level of consistency.

We will work with the following levels of measurement fit your situation:

Level 1:  Program Acceptance - Participants provide individual ratings of program relevance to job effectiveness,  usefulness of  media and methodologies employed, and helpfulness, experience, and facilitation skills of instructor.

Level 2:  Knowledge Acquisition - TBA provides individual post-test knowledge assessment, whose comparison with pre-test scores can show the amount of knowledge gain.

Level 3:  Behavior Change - TBA will deliver enhanced participant skills on a reliable basis (matching underlying skill models introduced by  program), as demonstrated through end-of-course simulations and realistic job settings following program completion.

Level 4:  Change in Business Results - TBA will deliver incremental positive performance results relative to a comparable sample of untrained personnel, in the same time period.

Most TBA clients are seeking Level 3 or Level 4 change, which often involve organizational and/or systems changes beyond the project scope.  In these cases, TBA will engage in a limited-scope performance consulting project to assist client in installing enhancements in its sales and service culture.
