Achieving agreed-upon results requires close collaboration with  a project steering committee, executive committee, or benchmarking committee of high performers, and, it is critical to achieve consensus on:

  • Client challenges
  • Desired TBA roles and responsibilities
  • Desired client roles and responsibilities
  • Operational results expected
  • Human resources results expected
  • Measurement tools
  • Time frames

The result of effective collaboration is the "Pygmalion effect": Trainees excel in part because their company and  managers have demonstrated clear belief in the trainees' ability to excel.
